FAQs
Will I see a proof of my order before printing?
The majority of our invitations and announcements do include a proof. In some cases a proof will need to be ordered (please see individual item pages). All orders with 100 or more invitations a proof will be required. Proofs will be sent to your e-mail address. Once a proof has been approved and the order goes to print, all mistakes are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive an order?
Please add processing time (see item page for processing times) to the shipment/in transit time. Processing time does not include shipping/in transit time.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the manufacturer has started the order and created a proof, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee plus any additional proofing charges. This charge will be applied to your credit card.
Do you charge sales tax?
All Colorado residents will be charged a 5.1% sales tax on every order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the invitations, customized printing,
and envelopes.
